1. Definitions

You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

atm123 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, you may be required to submit the following documents for verification:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet deposits.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. atm123 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time, subject to account verification and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by atm123.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed the following morning. atm123 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

Withdrawals are subject to verification of wagering activity. If you have not met the minimum wagering requirement (typically 1x the deposit amount for sports betting or 3x for casino games), your withdrawal may be declined or subject to a processing fee.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

atm123 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and report any concerns to the appropriate authorities. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be forfeited.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding voided bonuses or winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you, subject to verification and anti-money laundering procedures.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall atm123's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your use of the atm123 platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and atm123. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration laws.
